Evans Automotive Facebook Like Giveaway!

Once per month, Evans Automotive will select one winner at random from the “likes” on our business Facebook page to receive a special prize!

In order to become eligible for this contest you must Like the Evans Automotive Facebook page. Each Page Like on Facebook counts as one entry to the monthly contest. Once you “Like” our business page, you will automatically be entered to win.

The contest will run for one month, from the 1st of the current month to the last day of the month (i.e. February 29, March 31, April 30, etc.)

The winner will be announced within 5 days of the end of the contest period, on the 5th of the month. Winners are selected from a random drawing of all eligible entrants each month. We will announce the winner in a Facebook post. The winner must respond and contact Evans Automotive (in a comment or message) to collect their prize.

The contest will occur monthly, with a new drawing on the 5th of every month. Current fans are also eligible to win. Winners are excluded from future drawings for the next 90 days.

These rules are subject to change at the discretion of Evans Automotive.

Official Rules for Social Media Contests and Sweepstakes

Unless specifically noted otherwise by Evans Automotive these terms and conditions shall serve as the official rules for any such Promotion conducted by Evans Automotive. Evans Automotive may terminate, extend, suspend, or alter any Promotion in its sole discretion.

• ENTRY: No purchase necessary to participate or win. You must be a member of the social media site on which the giveaway is being conducted to participate in the giveaway. Only one prize per person, household, email address and/or username will be allowed in any 90 day period. Winners will be chosen from the pool of Participants at random, and will be announced on the respective Social Media Site. Winning Participants must message or email Evans Automotive Service Center to receive their prize.
• ELIGIBILITY: To participate, you must be a legal US resident, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be chosen in a random drawing. Winners will be notified within 5 business days following the conclusion of the Promotion via a Facebook post. If a winner does not respond to such notification within 5 business days and/or does not meet the stated eligibility requirements, such winner will be disqualified and Evans Automotive Service Center reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries received for the applicable Promotion.
• PRIZES: The number and value of prizes awarded in any Promotion will vary and will be set forth in the Promotion posting. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prizes may not be substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• PUBLICITY/RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law or regulation, by entering into a Promotion and/or accepting a prize you grant Evans Automotive Service Center permission to use your name, username/online alias in a social media post.
